Content and details of vouchers:

It's simple, fast and can even be sent to you in printable form. Set the amount you want to donate and after a few clicks, the voucher will be ready. This way, your loved ones can choose from the services of our hotel and restaurant according to their own tastes and needs.

You can even pay the value of the voucher online at once, and we will immediately send you the downloadable gift certificate in PDF format.

You can pay online or with a credit card.

Give as gift an enjoyable experience, relaxation, or an elegant meal that will make the gifted one happy for sure.

Content of vourchers:

• You can determine the value of the gift card (min. 10 000 HUF).
• The name of the gifted person can be noted on the vouchers.
• If requested it electronically, we will send you the link from which you can print it.
• The voucher can be used for any of our hotel or restaurant services within the period of validity.

Redemption conditions:

• The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of ordering.
• It can only be redeemed for bookings made directly at the hotel and cannot be used through intermediaries.
• The voucher will be issued when the payment has arrived on our account. The voucher is sent out immediately in case of successful online payment and within 3-4 business days in case of bank transfer.
• If the voucher's price is not received within 5 days of purchase, the order will be automatically canceled.
• When booking, we kindly ask the gifted person to indicate the number of the voucher during the booking process. This can be done on our website by entering the number in the last step of the online booking, thus our system will automatically deduct the value of the voucher from the final booking amount.
• Normal cancellation policy apply when cancelling a booking made with a gift voucher, as indicated on the acknowledgement of receipt.
• We kindly ask the gifted person to bring the voucher to our hotel and hand it over at the reception upon arrival.
• The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned.
  After using a service, the customer and/or gift voucher user is not entitled to claim back the remaining amount of the total value of the voucher in cash.
• According to regulations gift vouchers can not be paid with SZÉP card.
