The Tisia Hotel & Spa is located 150 kilometers from the LISZT FERENC International Airport in Budapest. Take Highway M3, leave it through exit#164 toward Hejőkürt/Tiszaújváros, and after 5 minutes of short driving (11 kilometers), you will arrive at the most state-of-the-art hotel in Tiszaújváros, just follow the informative signs in the city.

The Tisia Hotel & Spa is located 64 kilometers from the airport of Debrecen. Follow either the M3/Budapest or M30/Miskolc direction and the information panels within the city.

All rooms are non-smoking, equipped with smoke detectors, and have balconies, except 5 rooms. All rooms have showers, toilets, hair dryers, make up / shaving mirrors, telephones, LED TVs with satellite channels, laptop sized safes, minibars, and electric water kettles. Room temperature is adjustable.

Bed sizes: width: 90 cm, length: 200 cm, thickness: 26 cm

Upon preliminary request, baby beds with linen, baby bathtubs, potty, non-slip bathtub/shower mats, child-safe wall plug covers, bathrobes, sink step stools for toddlers, and transition toilet seats for children are available.

Room rates include the following services:

  • Direct access to the Spa and Open-Air Bath of Tiszaújváros (in opening hours);
  • Buffet-style breakfast and dinner;
  • Children’s Playroom with labyrinth play house;
  • Free broadband WIFI, in the public areas as well;
  • Parking lots with charging stations for electric cars;
  • Free bathrobes and towels at the Wellness Reception;
  • Unlimited use of the fitness room every day between 6:00 and 22:00;
  • Business corner.

No. Tourist tax is to be paid on site. The rate is HUF 250 / person / night (from 18 years of age).

In parents’ room:

0–1.99 years of age: free of charge;

1.99–11.99 years of age: 50% discounted from the actual room rates;

2 paying adults in the same room: extra bed rate to be paid with a discount of 50%;

From 12 years of age: the whole rate is to be paid.

Half board service includes buffet-style breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast time: 6:30 – 10:00, and 7:00 – 10:30 on the weekends.

Dinner time: 18:00 – 22:00 (kitchen closes at 21.00).

In case of food intolerance and allergy, please request for advice from our staff regarding the allergen content of dishes. Allergen free options of dishes are available.

If, already prior to your arrival, you request it, our staff will be able to prepare suitably for your service. Of course, you will be able to request it on site, and our staff will remain at your disposal to prepare the dishes you prefer.

Even though our staff will do their best to satisfy your needs, please do not forget that they may not be able to prepare the dishes to be entirely free of components that trigger severe gluten, lactose or other intolerance, nor are they able to guarantee that allergens capable of triggering such gluten, lactose or other intolerance are NOT put in any way into the dishes in the course of preparation.

Please do not forget that our kitchen is NOT certified in such meal preparation processes that are entirely free of allergens capable of triggering gluten, lactose or other intolerance. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee whole riddance of allergens, nor are we able to undertake full responsibility thenceforth.
If you have special dietary requirements or food allergies, please let our colleagues know as soon as possible, even as early as at the time of booking so that we can best meet your needs. With our food offer, we try to prepare for every possibility that may arises. Supplemet for special allergene free meal: HUF 4,000/person/occasion.

Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be left until 10:00 on the day of departure. If you desire to stay longer, package room is available, such as late check out (this latest for a fee and upon availability).

Depending on occupancy, late check-out may be available for extra costs until 18:00, including entry pass to the bath and lunch for two, based on our chef’s recommendation. The services listed will cost a total of HUF 29 900 / two guests in one room/ occasion.

The entire building of the hotel is designed barrier free. Equipped with convenient bathrooms and emergency signal system, two rooms are available for the disabled.

The hotel has a closed parking lot under camera surveillance, where hotel guests can park their cars free of charge. The parking fare for other guests is HUF 300 / hour. Other parking is available nearby the hotel, in public, free of charge.

Of course, free broadband WIFI is available in the whole building.

In cash, Hungarian Forints (HUF) or EURO (EUR). Accepted bank cards: VISA, Maestro, EC/MC, Amex.

Yes, you can use your OTP, MKB, K&H SZÉP cards to pay. Use your SZÉP card to pay online for your advance payment. Tourist tax (IFA) can’t be paid by SZÉP cards.

Yes, bathrobes for adults and children are available. These and towels can be claimed at the Wellness Reception.

Available pools for children in the Open-Air Bath: Castle pool with water mushroom in summer season and baby pool for children of 0-10 years of age.

Year-around baby pool in the SPA building.

Play corner: on the first floor of the SPA with ball pool, sponge building blocks, various toys and drawing tables for children.

Playground: in the summer season, in the Open-Air Bath, next to the children’s pool with swings, seesaws and monkey bars equipped with slides.

Play room is also available in the hotel’s building.

In accordance with the relevant legislation, our hotel accepts officially registered service animals accompanying disabled persons for a HUF 5,000/night cleaning fee. The hotel has the right to request the animal's official documents to prove eligibility. The assistance dog must be provided with a distinguishing mark, on which the logo of the training organization must appear. Emotional support (therapy) animals are not considered assistance animals. The hotel can’t provide pet food, or any necessary equipment for the care and keeping of the animal.

 To avoid inconvenience of other guests we inform our guests arriving with assistance animals that we can provide the meal in the restaurant in the area designated for this purpose.

 We would like to draw your attention to the fact that liability for damage caused by an assistance dog is governed by the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code on the liability of pet owners.
