I have stayed at the hotel several times before and I am a regular guest, do I still need registration?

Yes. Our new Loyalty Program is also open to our returning guests. We have also sent a special e-mail to our regular guests to let them know when they can join. Please click on the link in the e-mail to activate your account and enter a password to finalise your registration. If you did not receive our letter, please look in your SPAM folder or register on this side.

I have never been to Tisia Hotel & Spa before, can I still register?

Is it possible to register more than one person from the same family?

We recommend that you register one person per family, who will make the reservations the most often. You can add all your family members to this account when you first log in. It is important to note that the benefits of several different accounts are not to be combined.

Several families are travelling together to the hotel, what shall we do to claim the discount?

If you are travelling with a larger family or group of friends to Tisia Hotel & Spa, please register for each room. This way, everyone can benefit from the individual discounts. When booking, to enforce the discount, you must be logged in on our website to make a price calculation and reservation. Discounts on several accounts cannot be combined, so it is recommended to register one account per family.

How can I book a room with an instant discount?

If you are already a member of our Loyalty Program, please log in with your username (email address) and password in the online booking interface before finalising your reservation. Once logged in, you will be entitled to an immediate 5% discount on your booking and additional discounts for your first stay.

I received the quotation, I opened it by logging in to my regular account, but it doesn't show the discount according to the level. What went wrong?

Our hotel's Loyalty Program identifies regular guests by the e-mail address they registered with, if you did not request the quotation with the e-mail address you registered with, the system will not identify you and will not give you the discount. In this case, please contact our colleagues and ask for the offer to be resent to the e-mail address you used to register for the loyalty program.

How many nights can I book with a discount at the same time?

You can book up to 10 nights with a discount in the loyalty program, if you would like to stay longer, please contact us at info@tisiahotel.hu or reservations@tisiahotel.hu. Thank you for your cooperation.

Is there a period when the discount cannot be claimed?

Yes, the Loyalty Guest discount is not available during Holidays and special periods:

How can I claim my early arrival and late departure benefit?

Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability, so please contact the Reception desk no later than the day before arrival/departure. The surcharge discount includes the use of the room and other free services of the hotel. Meals and restaurant services are subject to a discount at the Loyalty program level.

How can I claim my Tisia Spa benefit?

Before arrival, you should make an appointment for Tisia SPA services (e.g. body treatments, massages, facial and beauty treatments) as soon as possible. You can claim the discount by contacting the SPA Reception. Please note that Tisia SPA's monthly special offers, cosmetic products, indirect services, water and land rental equipment are not available.
