Established in 2001 as a qualified national spa, the facility utilizes thermal mineral water with a relatively high salt concentration of 65 ° C, containing sodium chloride and hydrocarbonate, coming from a depth of 1,200 meters.

Water is effective primarily in the treatment of joint, chronic gynecological and urological diseases, but it has a stress-relieving effect that relaxes anyone.

6 pools (partly with healing water) with many experiences, nearly 7 hectares of green area for sunbathing enthusiasts, sports fields for those looking for active recreation, playground and Castle pool for children and numerous wellness services; this is what the outdoor and wellness part of the Tiszaújváros Thermal and Open-Air Bath offers, where the whole family will find an opportunity to relax. Medical treatments (physiotherapy and balneotherapy)

The treatments provided in the medical department are primarily aimed at prevention and rehabilitation, aftercare of various surgeries and maintaining the condition of athletes.

A part of the treatments are recommended after a medical examination.
